I’m a Birmingham based cosplayers, and can regularly be found on the British convention circuit. As a cosplayer, I’ve been featured in local and national press and appeared at promotional and charity events, including pre-launch events for Batman: Arkham Knight with Game and shooting a charity calendar for Baby Lifeline.
Keep an eye on this page for details of which conventions or events I’ll be attending. I’d love to meet some of you, so please do let me know if you’re hitting up the same convention! If you’d like to book me for your event, you can contact me at email@example.com
I am available for bookings as a cosplayer, panellist, contest judge or speaker, whether you need a cosplay guest for your convention or a character for promo work at your shop or cinema. To discuss bookings, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As well as cosplaying under Caramel Latte Kiss, I am one half of Safe Harbour Cosplay, alongside my partner in crime, David Whitney. We work together at conventions and events across the country. Our main costume is X-Men’s Rogue and Gambit, but we have lots more team-ups in the works. Watch this space!

Project Wonder Woman #1
Last week, I wrote about Project Wonder Woman, my own personal project to a fitter, healthier, happier me. I'm going to write a weekly update on my progress, probably on a Monday after this one, where I can log work-outs, hold myself accountable for my food choices, and set myself small goals to improve my overall health and wellbeing. One of the big things for this project is my stress levels.
I'll be absorbing the Coffee Break posts into this project. Instead of the list of what's been making me happy this week, I'm going to give the 100 Happy Days challenge a go. The goal is to take a picture of something that makes you happy, every day. As well as uploading them to the challenge site, I'll be sharing them instead of my usual photos in the Friday Round Up.
The weekly Project Wonder Woman post will include any exercise done in the previous week, stand-out eats, what I'm currently reading, and any progress on both my 25 Before 25 list and any other goals I set myself.
On my 25 Before 25 list, I set myself the goal of completing the 30 Day Shred and Couch 2 5k. I did day one of Couch 2 5k last week, although my bad back flaring up has stopped me going out again. A bit of reading around suggests that rather than do the 30 Day Shred every day (I was concerned about the impact on my back) that a workable schedule is two days of the shred, one day of cardio, two days of the shred, one day cardio and a rest day (light exercise like swimming, yoga or pilates is acceptable on a rest day). My intention is to run on the cardio days, so I am running twice a week, doing four days of the shred and one day a week of Pilates to improve my core strength.
My aims for this week are to exercise every day, eat well, sort out my bombsite of a flat and make a good start on a proper skincare routine, instead of just using my moisturiser when I remember.
Let's do this!
