- I found an old Thor comic hiding in a Vintage shop in Birmingham. Bit cool!
- The Christmas lights are on in Bath! Mary Berry turned them on for us. There wasn’t any cake. Gutted.
- More Christmas lights!
- Cold evenings mean candles. This one is from Amara and smells amazing.
It’s Friiiiiiidaaaaaaay! I am a very, very happy lady this weekend. As yet, it’s all a bit secretive as to why, but I promise to share as soon as things are more official. But keep your eyes on the blog, because there is big news coming soon.
Anyway, Tom and I went to see Thor last weekend. I won’t say too much because I don’t want to spoil it for those of you who haven’t seen it yet. But if you haven’t, what is the matter with you? GO. It’s brilliant. And not just because Tom Hiddleston is in it. Although that helps. LOKI! We also finally got round to watching Joss Whedon’s Much Ado About Nothing. Much Ado is a favourite play of mine, so I knew I’d enjoy it, but Tom was thoroughly impressed too. The film was shot over 12 days in Whedon’s home, and looks beautiful as well as being a fantastic adaption.
Otherwise, I managed to finish my Christmas shopping (I don’t know how I’ve managed it either, I am NEVER this organised usually) and am already looking forward to an evening of wrapping in front of a nice Christmas film.
